Silver Bullet was filmed on location in Burgaw and Wilmington, North Carolina, USA.
An anonymous user kindly wrote in to say that one of the houses used was at 4810 park avenue, Wilmington, NC 28403.
The swampy park the wheelchair boy is in is Greenfield Park in Wilmington NC. I've been there. [Thanks to Judy]
The church and its buildings is Zion Methodist Church located at Town Creek, Brunswick Co., NC. The garage was added for the movie. [Thanks to Anonymous]
