At one point, Bob says, "He saw Jedi 17 times, eh!" What isn't obvious two decades later, is that Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983) opened in May 1983, while production of "Strange Brew" had wrapped five months earlier, in December 1982. Not only hadn't the McKenzie brothers seen "Jedi" - but they couldn't refer to it by its full title, since the "Revenge"/"Return" issue was still up in the air while they were filming.

When Bob & Doug are about to "launch" into the lake after the keg containing Henry Greene falls out, the rear doors are open.

When viewing Bob & Doug in the front seats, the rear doors are closed.

As the van takes flight, the back doors are open.

Switching back to the front view again, the cargo doors are still closed.

In the beginning of the movie, when we see Bob and Doug go into their house for the first time, one of the brothers pours the last beer in the house into the dog's food bowl. Then, their dad screams for the last beer. The beer is then poured into a glass (all brown and nasty from the dog food) and Bob and Doug argue over who is going to give him the beer. The beer slips out of their hands and drops to the floor. When the glass hits the floor, it is empty!

Bogus Blunders

Sometimes an apparent goof is not a real mistake

But, nothing bogus that we know yet for "Strange Brew".
