When you go to post a reply there's links below the text entry box for URL, EMAIL etc. and below that there's a link for "What is UBB Code?" which will tell you how to type in the codes yourself.

Did your ISP give you any webspace? You don't need to create a webpage to put images into your posts, just upload the image to your webspace then point the image url at the picture on your webspace.
