Hello Users!

im in a trivia kind of quest, in order to gain my fucsia soul im looking for the movie, the clue i've got is this pic:

about a blonde guy with a squared pattern jacket with a nose bleed, siting on his desk and a girl is helping him out and looking above her left shoulder, they look like they are in an office party, because there are some balloons on desk and computers

mmh she remainds me of Vickky Dubcheck from "3rd rock from the sun" but im not sure..

So, if you know which movie this scene is,, you'll help me to gain my soul! hehe

Batman Returns - where Penguin bites his nose - that is Jan Hooks from SNL and 3rd Rock.
