hi i'm new, just found this site, so i can't remember the name of this film , this teen mom's divorces(not sure) and they move from california where he used to surf to michigan or smtg where it snows, and has to make new friends and at one point they do a roller-skating race in the streets?

Only they move to Cincinnati, Ohio.. the reason I know this is because I currently live in Cincy and really enjoy this flick. Fun movie with Seth Green.
