Goldie Hawn gave birth to daughter Kate Hudson, who is now famous in her own right, the same year that Seems Like Old Times was released, 1980.

In Seems Like Old Times, Chester steals the Parks's car and passes out drunk in their kitchen. Ironically, in real life the actor who portrayed Chester, T. K. Carter, was arrested for car theft and driving under the influence in 1991.

Judd Omen has a short part as the convict who drives Nick to the bank. He later had another convict driving-car sequence in Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.
