In the scene where Nick and Glenda are in kitchen in the middle of the night, the oven door is open in the first scene, closed in the second and open again in third. Also, in this same scene, the editing is off when Nick lowers his gun and says "Glenda, I'm innocent." His gun is showed being lowered twice.
When Nick is holding up the gas station attendant because he didn't get his Milk Duds out of the candy machine, he tells the attendant he hates peanut butter - he'll take any candy as long as there is no peanut butter in it. Then, when offered a Zagnut, he says Zagnut is good and accepts the candy. But, Zaguts are full of peanut butter.
Goof, or deliberate joke?
In the scene following Nick being splashed with coffee under a car window, he appears completely dry.
