Song Trivia Stephen King happens to be a big fan of AC/DC, so back in '85/'86, he asked the Aussie rockers to do the sound track to a new movie which was currently in production, "Maximum Overdrive", they agreed. Most of the songs on the movie soundtrack were actually taken from previous AC/DC albums, there were really only one or two new ones recorded. In the opening scene when the draw bridge is being raised by the super comet, you can see a black van with AC/DC on the side, King's homage to the band. -Thanks to Bbaby
