AKA:
Working Girl Picture
1988
Go behind the scenes and learn what went on during the making of the 1988 Romantic Comedy movie starring Harrison Ford, Melanie Griffith, Sigourney Weaver et al.
Principal photography on 'Working Girl' began in February, 1988. The first scene to be filmed was a 'stolen shot' taken during the morning rush hour, with Melanie Griffith and Joan Cusack coming off the Staten Island Ferry amidst hundreds of real-life commuters.
Bar the skiing scene, the entire shoot took place in New York.

In a TV interview, Sigourney Weaver said that wearing a cast on her leg in the film was no problem to her, as she had broken her leg in real life several years earlier.
