The street that the housing track scenes were filmed on is very near 22757 Derby Pl; Santa Clarita, CA

The street scenes with the trucks and zombies were in Sierra Madre, CA. [Thanks to Thor van Lingen, who played "Billy"]

The interior house/building shots were on a sound stage off of Rye Canyon Road, also in Saugus,California.

The interior sewer shot was actually a mock up in the middle of Derby Place.

The cemetary and mausoleum were fake. Built up in the hills in Saugus, Ca.
The hospital and power plant scenes, as the cemetary, are fake as well. All shot at the studio in Santa Clarita. Santa Clarita Studios. [Thanks to Shawn Donovan]
