The bridge she climbs when she runs away from the people that claim to be her parents is in Kearny, NJ. It is a train bridge that is not in use as far as I know. It is located off Riverside Ave. over the Passaic River near Clay St. [Thanks to Damien]
The town of Hope, NJ was the location for Annie (at the beginning of thie film) to walk up to two old gas pumps where a dog was sitting. I believe that one of the antique gas pumps are still there and the other one is missing. Hope is near Blairstown, NJ.
The Diner is still in Blairstown, but just recently went through remodeling and it's quite a bit larger than what was in the movie. It still has the original nostalgic area, but they have a larger seating area now and is very charming. [Thanks to Dean]
