In the museum sequence, one of the paintings the Joker is destroying is defaced with red hand prints, then when the scene cuts further away it is intact again and then after another cut it is again defaced.

in the scene just outside of Axis Chemicals, Lt. Eckhardt is passing out photos of Jack Napier. At that point he has quite a 5 o'clock shadow going. Later inside he is clean shaven. Must have had a Norleco in his pocket with his gun.
