My cousin recently moved to New Zealand and told me that gambling seems to be quite a common pastime there. It surprised me because I thought the laws might be stricter, like in some other countries. He's curious about the general attitude towards gambling and whether it's socially accepted or more underground. Has anyone looked into this or found any good resources on how gambling is perceived and regulated in New Zealand?
