The film’s opening shot is in the AGO’s Walker Court, without the staircase later put there during the Gehry redesign.
Seth Brundle works out of an abandoned loft in a derelict industrial building that was located in Liberty Village and has since been torn down.
Shots of Jeff Goldblum walking through the seedy Yonge-Dundas area, including the old flea market. Seth buys Geena Davis a necklace in Kensington Market. They share an espresso at John’s Italian Caffe, on Baldwin Street.
