Millennium Filming Locations:
The airport scenes were filmed at the former Terminal 1 (Aeroquay) and Terminal 2 of the Toronto Pearson International Airport (now both sadly demolished). In the scene at the very start Kristofferson as the lead investigator lands at an airport near a large hangar. We see the hangar later as the site of the investigation. I'm assuming that these hangars were at Pearson, but have been unable to find any that match still there today. Maybe another local airport hangar was used?
Does anyone know where the crash scene was staged? Apparently, pilots flying overhead were so convinced that they reported a downed plane to air traffic control!
