American movie - probably 90's: I think it was in a bedroom or possibly a hotel room. I think someone had been killed (possibly dead body on bed) and 2 others were having a fight but kept slipping over in all the blood on the floor. Quite surreal.

I know that i´ve seen this one but just don´t remember. It must be a movie that includes some slapstick comedy so it could be a Coen bros./Raimi flick...

Could very well be Very Bad Things. That sounds like the scene after they kill the hooker.

Thanks for the suggestion - I can see why you thought it was that scene from Very Bad Things, But it wasn't the one.
In the one I'm talking about there are two men fighting each other and slip in the blood as they go to throw punches at each other. It's also not a comedy as such - just a surreal scene - it feels sort of Coen Brothers but I can't think of one that matches.
