Mine is probably Season 8's The Giant Spider Invasion; the film's just wonderfully stupid in its execution, and they just pour on classic riff after classic riff. The jokes they make particularly at the expense of Alan Hale Jr. as the sheriff ("Professor's made a phone out of coconuts?") are priceless.

I have a soft spot for season 9's Hobgoblins. Never have I seen a rake fight in a film, much less rakes that make little casio sounds!
