I really miss this band. They had a lot too say but didn't stick around long enough to say it all. One of my favourites from Zach and the boys. It sure beats the crap out of that Audioslave stuff that some of them are cranking out now.

Come wit it now!
Come wit it now!
The microphone explodes, shattering the molds
Either drop tha hits like de la O or get tha **** off tha commode
Wit tha sure shot, sure ta make tha bodies drop
Drop an don't copy yo, don't call this a co-op
Terror rains drenchin', quenchin' tha thirst of tha power dons
That five sided fist-a-gon
Tha rotten sore on tha face of mother earth gets bigger
Tha triggers cold empty ya purse

Rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells

Weapons not food, not homes, not shoes
Not need, just feed the war cannibal animal
I walk tha corner to tha rubble that used to be a library
Line up to tha mind cemetery now
What we don't know keeps tha contracts alive an movin'
They don't gotta burn tha books they just remove 'em
While arms warehouses fill as quick as tha cells
Rally round tha family, pockets full of shells

Rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells
They rally round tha family! With a pocket full of shells

Bulls on parade

Come wit it now!
Come wit it now!
Bulls on parade!
Bulls on parade!
Bulls on parade!
Bulls on parade!
Bulls on parade!

Wow...You like both 80s heavy metal and 90s rap-rock like this.

You're versatile for sure.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

I wasn't a fan of the hard 90s stuff...I went for stuff like New Radicals myself.

I also like Neil Diamond. Stevie Wonder and KC and the Sunshine Band

Like I said...You're versatile. I didn't mean that in a negative way...I meant that in a positive way.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff

But now it's time for me to turn down the TV and listen to some Janis Joplin.

I really didn't like Rage until right before they were done- I guess they were an acquired taste. I think it's cuz I don't like rap, and I was unwilling to give a listen to most of the rap/rock music of the 90's.
I loves me some Neil Diamond, and Tom Jones too!

I loved Rage. I was fortunate enuff to get to see them at Lollapalooza '96 with Soundgarden and Metallica. The only Audioslave song I like is "Be Yourself." I would like them better if they actually had a unique sound. To me, they sound like Rage Against the Machine playing to Chris Cornell's voice which means no originality at all. This is a good example of why meshing together 2 former big bands doesn't always work. Tom Morello can still play the hell out of the guitar though. I'd much rather hear Zach's voice than Chris's to that kinda music. I miss Soundgarden too.....

Rage was okay, but I was never a big fan. It's not cause of the rap, cause I like rap. Maybe I woulda liked them if they'd been around longer. Motley mentioned Soundgarden...I liked them. I don't like Audioslave, either, but I do like Be Yourself.
