I was just wondering if this board for the 90s is ever going to grow. It just almost seems like no one can remember anything about that particular decade myself included in that. It is kind of funny that there are only like 6 posts on here.

You know I can't even think of anything right now to say that was positive about the 90s. Some good movies came out of it that is about it.

I try to get things started but the momentum doesn't continue.

To be fair, lots of stuff over on the '80s board has absolutely nothing to do with the '80s...it's just a place where a lot of people hang out.

My '90s were mostly awesome, considering that's when I got divorced...in some ways, that's when my second life as a hipster began!

Had a beautiful daughter in '92 at the very least.

The 90's just didn't have the oddness that the 80's did. The bad movies were classicly bad - the 90's just doesn't have that feeling to me...

the 90's were really cool, we just dont appreciate it yet...I mean when there was the whole 70's revival and me and my friends were all wearing flares and garish patterned dresses, we laughed that everyone said it was the decade that fashion forgot, and said the 80's were...it made us laugh to think of the 80's fashions and we could never see them making a comeback...but here I am in my big hoopy earrings and legwarmers mixing turquoise,pink and yellow, wearing electric blue mascara and loving everyminute.......you mark my words it wont be long before the bright hooded tops, trainer boots, bum bags, and dungarees will be back on our streets and everyone will be saying that technotronic, new kids on the block and crowded house were the best bands ever.

Crowded House is still a worthy listen and not to be denigrated with NKOTB and Technotronic...and '90s alternative is still one of my favorite internet radio sets.
