I need help finding this movie that I once saw in the 80s. It involved a group of teenagers who buy or rent this house which turns out to be haunted. I remember a lot about the movie, but no title! There's a scene in there where a guy is impaled by a rod and turns into a zombie of sorts. Oh, also everyone that dies in this house turns into zombies and turn on their friends. The head zombie character is this old woman who isn't awakened until these kids shatter her tombstone. Another scene, a guy tries to escape and is cut in half by a window. At the end the zombie woman gets her head cut off. Lot's of blood, lot's of gore. Any idea's?

As gory as it sounds it actually might be an Italian horror movie.
