I hope someone can help me here. I have been trying to find the name of this movie, so I can purchase it as a gift for my dad. I dont have much for you to work with, but here goes.
There is a man renting rooms to female college students. His son lives in the basement and spies on the college girls in their rooms. The son is not normal, in fact, he is really odd. I think its a horror movie, but I am not sure. Also, it could be from the 80's. Thanks for any help!!
