I loved this too, finlly watched it this year, I could see why it would be a favorite with Quintin Tarantino as it had some blaxploitation elements, and some real tough chicks with guns in it!

Just watched this one on netfix. Haha, entertaining! I hadn't seen it or even heard of it. A skating rink throwdown...for real?

"Shove it!"

I've never really given movies like Coffy or Foxy Brown a chance but this was good stuff for a late night movie. [Smile]

I just looked in my collection after reading this I was pretty sure I'd bought the Switchblade Sisters years ago, its a blu-ray and still in the cellophane. I may have to break it open and have a look. [Smile]

I watched it this afternoon. They called this a "action crime drama", I saw it more as a action comedy, the acting wasn't great through the dialogue or action scenes but if you view it as a comedy even though accidentally it holds up.

Some of the scenes especially in the prison are priceless.

It is worth a watch, not sure $20 worth, I can't remember how much I paid or even where I got it from to be honest 😀

Lol Hoff! Thanx for the Great info. After seeing the trailer I would definitely view this as a comedy even it wasn't supposed to be.
