OK, so some of you mentioned the movie "The Silent Partner" and for the life of me can't find that thread again.

Either way I watched it and I thought it was pretty damn good.

Obviously this is a forgotten classic.

Does anyone know of any other movies that don't get much mention but are lost classics too.

Particularly 70's and 80's movies.

I have kind of seen too many movies and I am sure you guys are victims of this as well.

So I need new ideas for movies such as this one. Thrillers especially but all genres are welcome.

Any ideas?

Most films by Ingmar Bergman/Andrei Tarchovsky/Akira Kurosawa..

I don't consider them "lost" but certainly not mentioned as much.

Not by me it's not. I saw this at the movies and still like to watch it every now and then.

Playing For Keeps has a lot of energy and cool music in it, but doesn't seem to get mentioned so much as other similar teen orientated films of the era. Same deal with Spring Break.
