Does anyone know the name of this movie....
High school movie, All I can remember is there is a kid who likes this girl, but she digs the "cool kid", but the cool kid gets her pregnant and drops her so the other kid sells all his stuff to help her pay for an abortion. later, the "good' kid goes to find the girl, at a party or something, and when he opens a door shes with the cool kid again. I also remember the song-How am I supposed to live without you in it. not sure who sang it. Any clues? pullin' my hair out! [Roll Eyes]

oneyedwilly.. what are you trying to imply?

Actually, I've never been a huge fan of "The Last American Virgin".. I think it has a killer soundtrack and an ending that is quite memorable.. but overall, not a movie that I particularly fancy.

Ditto on that, Valley. I think that I've written here before that it's a schizophrenic movie--part of it is your typically 80's "kids want to score" screwball comedy and the other part is this incredibly dark slice-of-life stuff, two halves that don't integrate well together as a "thoughtful, contemplative Porky's." The soundtrack is terrific though, and you'll never forget the ending, so to paraphrase Bill Murray, "It's got that goin' for it...which is nice." :-)

I was a little confused by its "where is this going2 kinda a feel but then just saw it for what it is...and yeah the ending is just a little raw.
