Ok, so I only remember two parts and I think it's the same movie. First, some teenagers go to a hospital or clinic of some kind where there are studying some men while they sleep. The guys all have permanent erections though, which is the gag I suppose. The girls in the group run in the room and check out what is happening under the sheets. The second part is about this blond girl who eats something and gets super turned on. Then a guy comes along and hides her in a freezer or something and she pops out when his girlfriend shows up. lol sorry if this is vague! I hope someone remembers this!
