Plot goes something like. This mysterious car turns up in town driven by a young man who had been killed. He uses his car to crash into the cars of his killers, killing them. As each one is killed he becomes more alive, eventually coming back fully to life be exacting the revenge on his killers. He gets back with his girlfriend.

Yep Definately the Wraith, You can watch parts 1-9 annoyingly not the last 10 minutes though on youtube if you cant get hold of it in the store. If you like sheilyn Fenn then watch Thrashin - another great 80s movie with josh brolin from the goonies.
