I don’t know the name or any characters names. The plot is there is a high school kid that lives in this small town that is being over run by this crime boss. The kid’s father gets in trouble with the crime boss somehow so to pay off the debt he starts street racing this black trans am or camaro. Once he movie up through the rankings he challenges the crime boss...if he wins the crime boss leaves to town if he looses something happens to him.
The race is the kid has to dive from one end of the town to the other in like 11 minutes. In the mean time the crime boss blows up the kids car...but one of his high school teachers who's been battling the boss replaces it with 1954 type car, because he lost that same race 20 years ago.
