Ok...so this TV movie may be either late 70's-early 80's...somewhere around that time. Its about these siblings that are on a trip with their parents (probably 5 or 6 kids total) and they all stop at a truck stop and the parents give their kids money to go get something like candy while their stopped and the parents drive away and abandon the kids at the truck stop. So the oldest girl winds up taking care of them on her own (eating nuts and berries in the woods) until social services finds them hiding out and splits them up. The oldest girl winds up running away from several homes (and even goes to juvy) so she can reunite with all of her siblings (who are in different foster homes). I loved this movie and I wish I could remember the name! Does anybody remember this made-for-tv movie??

Glad i could help, Sissy.

They released this movie on vhs here in Finland in the 80s
but itīs gonna be tough to find it.
