I always loved this scene from the movie Cobra, because I love this song. I finally bought the soundtrack.

It is pretty sad what Bridgette Nielsen turned in to over time:

Fantastic song! I love the music of Robert Tepper.

I have his album 'No Easy Way out'. It has (...obviously ;-) No Easy Way Out from Rocky IV, Restless World from Lady Beware and Angel of the City from Cobra. Don't Walk Away is also a great tune from this album.

Mr. Tepper also wrote Into the Night by Benny Mardones

The other track - don't walk away is really good as well, never thought to check out if he'd done anything else decent, the only ones I'd ever heard were no easy way out and angel of the city.

Glad to hear you like the other songs as well young warrior. :-)

IMO two songs really stand out from the rest of the Cobra soundtrack: Angel of the City and Jean Beauvoir's Feel the Heat.

As for the movie Cobra.. I haven't seen it since it came out and don't remember much of it. I should watch it again sometime.

My brother also has the Tepper cd and it´s a pretty good album.
Cobra is a fine movie but it could and should have been a classic. The MPAA ruined it with the massive cuts they wanted.

i remember when cobra was released atomik the monthly film mag i used to buy made a comparison between arnold's - commando and stallone's - cobra and said by comparison cobra was more like a slow worm [Big Grin]

i personally think cobra is immensely entertaining and has some pretty solid action sequences, though i do agree it could have been probably even more explosive without the interference.

i'd love to see the 2 hour workprint with the gorier deaths. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090859/alternateversions
