I liked some of the choices for sequels, but i think there was only maybe a few that I would like to see what happened to the characters like Sixteen Candles. A Ferris Bueller and a Lost Boys sequel would have been great as well.

I hate sequels that are made years after the original. I hope they dont get made.

LOL, I always thought there was something suspicous about Grandpa, and maybe he was really the head vampire. I'd love to see a Lost Boys sequel. IF it was a good one.

There was alot of discussion over the years concerning a Lost Boys sequel, called Lost Girls.
I don't think a sequel could ever be as cool, it would have too much to live up to. It would be interesting though, and it could still happen. -

A Grease sequel that didn't totally suck could have been made in the 80's.

Maybe Fast times... if it was by the same writers and had the same cast.

Breakfast Club, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels....

I don't know. Sequels suck.

I saw that over at tampabay.com. I posted it on one of the Buccaneers message boards, but didn't think to post it here.

Ferris Bueller sequel? NO WAY. That movie is just perfect right how it is. We are better off not knowing what happened to Ferris. Lets leave him the elusive, slippery, mega hero he is and leave it at that. We all know life has a way of catching up with you eventually. To think he could pull all that off forever is too unbelievable.
SAVE FERRIS... NO SEQUEL! [Smile]

I have been thinking about this and I think that sequels is really the wrong word for it. It is more like remakes. You know that there are going to be some 80s gems that are remade, it is just inevitable. I guess we will just have to see what happens.
