The movie was pretty much about a futureistic black car.
The car went really fast and killed people when a particular guy got in the car.Most of the scenes happen in a dessert type setting while they tried to avoid and shake the cops off.The car was just to fast.Also remember the guy wearing a helmet while he fought the bad guys somewhere in the middle of the movie.
Pretty much like the movie CHRISTINE plot but not really if i remember correctly.
If anyone knows i will surely apreciated so much since ive been lookin for this movie for the last 5 years.This was my favorite movie growing up and will love to get my hands on it asap.

Was it "The Wraith," with Charlie Sheen? Most of it took place in the desert.

It is the Wraith, and the only time that he "Fights" the guys is when he shoots up the garage.
