I was looking at the dead zone page and someone had put a link that if there was anyone that new of other niagara on the lake locations to send it in well towards the very end of the movie where christopher walken is seen getting off a bus just before we see him go into a building where he try's to kill stillson that street that he is crossing is queen street in niagara on the lake the building he goes into is city hall and the tower that he passes in the middle of the road as he is crossing it is a memorial for our soldiers who faught in the war. The nice historical building you see to the right of the bus as it is just about to stop is the princes of wale hotel. Oh and the house that he moves into later on in the movie is also in niagara it is called The Rectory, it was a tuscan villa built by Archdeacon MacMurray in 1858.

sorry it wasn't city hall it is the court house on queen street that he goes into to kill stillson pintygirl:)
