One's a sorority slasher flick, one's a women-in-prison movie, both are blind buys and both are very hard to find.

I've heard a lot of things about "Party" and I've been wanting to see "Cage" since I read about it in a movie guide a few years ago.

I've tried going on to Half.com to find them, but both are out-of-print. I decided to go to eBay instead and I won both titles.

I look forward to watching them and possibly reviewing them as well.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff

I love KILLER PARTY! I always bid on it on eBay and never win! Is it out on DVD yet????

"NAKED CAGE" sounds familiar too...I have to double check to see if I saw that one. Was Pam Grier in it? She made a lot of those womens prison movies!

Unfortunately, "Killer Party" isn't out on DVD yet. I hope Warner will release it eventually. (Yes, Warner owns it...Although it was an MGM title, Warner gained it when they bought Turner Entertainment).

As for "The Naked Cage", it wasn't a Pam Grier movie. It was a women-in-prison movie made by your friend and mine, the one and only Cannon Pictures.

I'm pretty lucky when it comes to this stuff.

And don't worry, mammamia...If you play the time right, eventually you'll own a copy of "Killer Party" also.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff
