I saw this a long time ago and I remember it was one of my favorite movies back then , i used to rent it time and time again. But the movie took place like in a fair/carnival setting. There was a guy whol liked this girl and they were being chased by bad guys and it also involved a diamond that was hidden inside a stuffed panda bear, the ones u win at those carnival games. I also think that the art cover had the guy and the girl climing down some stairs. The guy is peeking at her underwear that i think had something embroidered or written on..or maybe she wasnt wearing any.Thats all i can remember. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just dug this one up from stoarage to watch it again it's been so long. I know I watched it earlier in the decade.
