I have never seen this movie before. I've read good reviews about it and love the whole 80's slasher genre. I am thinking about buying the DVD but after reading different things on IMDB about the score and how awful it is that they took the original soundtrack out, perhaps I should just get the VHS. Can anyone tell me what songs were in the original version? Is it anything 70's or 80's that I would know?? Please help. Thanks [Smile] !

P.S. No one could answer my Please help with this horror flick topic the other day? Oh man....I was counting on you guys [Frown] .

I have it on tape Cindy, if you want it, I'll let ya copy it, because I don't know the actual soundtrack, but I don't remember it being anything totally outstanding.

But this movie is very cool, there is a scene in it, that gives me the creeps more than any scene in any movie. I think you'd like it.

It has been a long time since I saw this one. Isn't this the one that the girl that plays Lauren on The Young and the Restless is in? I think so and Melissa Sue Anderson. I would like to watch this one again. Thanks for the reminder.

Hey Isis, yeah, I would love to borrow it [Big Grin] . Thanks so much [Smile] ! I won't keep it long.

jlp937, you're right, Tracey Bregman, who plays Lauren on Y&R is in this movie. It's part of the reason I want to see it. I've been a Y&R fan since the 70's. What was Melissa Sue Anderson in? I can't place her right now...

Cindy, Cindy, CINDY! So sad, you weren't a "Little House On The Pairie" fan huh? Try Half Pint's older sister if that helps.

Lauren and Paul were a great couple once. Does anyone remember when Grant Kramer was on Y&R? It was about the time he was starring in "Hardbodies" and he was using his Scotty Palmer moves to hook up with Lauren. Smooth.

I HAD the vhs (gave it to my nephew) and bought the DVD, The story is that the original soundtrack had more suspenseful music and the dvd has a cheesy disco-ish score. But as for "songs on the soundtrack" it really didnt have any recognizable songs.

Thanks mamamia...if the disco music in this is as cheesey as the music in Prom Night, I think I could live with it [Wink] !
