Ok the only things that i can remember about the movie is that it is about a high school football team and there is only one girl on it and during the movie the rest of the team buy her a dress and all of them take her to the big dance where she is voted the MVP or something like that. It has Helen Hunt in it, and it is pretty hard to find, but you can usually find a VHS copy on Ebay, it is one I want to get myself, good luck.
