This movie was about guy that built high-tech computers, machinery(a motorcycle with guns and missles on it) and other sorts of gadgetry. And he was killed by a gang or something like that. His girlfriend takes over his weapons, bike and all the stuff he built and seeks revenge on the people that killed him. I only saw this movie once a long time ago, does anyone recall this movie???
