Has anyone gone to see it? It is the only movie that has been previewed that looks like it could actually be good. The whole story line, is my like my life- cause of the old house deal- my house was built in 1887- and I swear it's haunted, some freaky things have happened here. What is very weird, is the people that lived here before me, their last name begins with the same letter as my last name, and that letter- which is an E- isn't even a common letter for a last name, and it was on the front door, and the carport-when we came and looked at it, I thought it must be meant to be, and some other bizarre things have happened here. I have always loved Dennis Quaid, ever since he played Travis Child in the Night the Lights went out in Georgia, and the only movie I can say for sure in the past 5 years that I absolutely loved was Frequency. That is a great movie. Probably because half of it takes place in another decade-one I was fond of.

So, if anyone has seen that movie, let me know, cause I haven't seen reviews yet for it, and want to know if I should attempt going to it. Thanks

I haven’t seen it yet , but according to the critics this movie is not worth seeing. [Frown]
But, So what?! I can’t count the movies I saw that were supposed to be awful and that I liked very much.
It has some good actors in it, so how bad can it be?

P.S. ‘Frequency’ was awesome!

I saw the movie last week, to me it was a big flop. Its very slow (which I don't mind if there is a great story building up) and lame. The story is very basic with no imagination whatsoever. The reason I went to see it was b/c I thought it will be a horror/or a movie that would make me think after it was over, boy was I dissapointed....... No new movies are ever like the 80's flicks I love.

Marius350-I know exactly where you are, I go to a fleamarket in your town all the time, (in the basement of the bowling alley)-I'm an antique dealer. We almost bought a house down there 2 years ago. Small World.

Thanks for saying about Cold Creek Manor, when you hear the basis of a movie today-sometimes they sound like they should be really good, if they do it right, but they don't, and the last 2 movies I have seen in the theaters-I walked out on. I used to hate doing that too. It is weird cause now I don't even care. There are so many movies from now that I have never seen the end to, and movies from the 80's I can watch a million times and never get sick of. I think I'll wait now for video.

Thanks!!

Marius350- I don't have AOL, just Yahoo Instant Messenger. I will be in Hazelton actually on Oct. 12th. I grew up in Punxsutawney- Weather Capitol of the world, Ground Hog Day-with Bill Murray-home of Punxsutawney Phil- Feb 2- on everyone's calendar- I don't live there now, but it was a great place to grow up. I am close to Penn State now.

Hey cool, just about everyone I know has gone to Penn State, I used to hang out at the campus alot, when I had friends there, but I didn't go there. My Aunt graduated from there. I was even hanging there in the 70's, when I was a kid. I'll be there tonight in that area, funny-huh?
