I'm not sure what the name of this movie is, but I remember seeing it in the early 80's. It wasn't any later than 1987, but is was after 1982.

You'll have to bear with me since I don't remember much, but the Oscar Myer Weiner Mobile appeared at least once in the movie. For some reason or another, the city of Chicago comes to mind. At the end he steals and rides an air glider and crashed it into a church to stop his ex-girlfriends' wedding just in time before she gets married. The main character is not that old, maybe in his mid-20s. Any help, or suggestions for searching for the title would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance......

This may be a stretch, but my guess is the movie
"Foolin' Around" from 1980. It starred a very young Gary Busey. I can only remember small pieces of the movie, but your description sounds familiar.

Vally Cat,
Your stretch proved to be the winner! Thanks for posting what you thought was the movie. After doing some research at various websites, this movie you have guessed matches the description of the story line that I barely remember.
It is indeed a 1980 film that starred a young Gary Busey, one of his firsr roles. He plays a Oklahoma kid who becomes infatuated with the bewitchingly beautiful Annette O'Toole who he meets in college. Turns out she's an heiress who's engaged to be married in what her mother, Cloris Leachman, calls "The Wedding of the Year". Busey goes to any length to win over O'Toole including a climactic "stop-the-wedding-scene."
