Im looking for a movie for my friend,but she gave me only a thin description. Its a movie about a little boy whose army soldier toy comes to life. Somehow this little boy ends up with a top secret government chip and spies are after him. His toy helps him out and eventually they return the chip to the US government. If anyone can help me with the name of this movie or if you remember anyone famous in it, I would appreciate it. 80s rocks!!!!!!

Hello. This movie is Cloak And Dagger with Henry Thomas. On Another post I saw a description similar to this movie. His toy soldier is Jack Flack. The spies try to take a cartridge from him. Am I right?!!!!!!
