does anyone out there know who sings the song which elvira plays in her car?
some of the lyrics include the lines
"so if you wanna meet at the halfway... too damn bad! i said once bitten, twice shy"

I never saw that Elvira movie "Elvira, Mistress Of The Dark", but my guess is the song "Once Bitten, Twice Shy". It was sung by a group called Great White.
The song was originally done in the early 1970's by Ian Hunter's group Mott The Hoople.
