I'm not sure of the lyrics, but if you've ever seen the movies it's when they are in the bar and she dances with the guy in college (who brings Sara's skates to them in the end and asks her out) It's a live band playing it and the singer says he wrote it for the woman he loves.

Just checked the end credits.
"Future In Your Eyes" is by Southside Johnny and the Jukes.
Unfortunately it doesn't look like it's on KaZaa or Morpheus, so it'll be tough to find.
