French-Canadian children are given 80's-90's gadgets and are asked to guess what they are (ex.: Game Boy, 8-track player, etc.). Even if you don't speak French you will understand what is going on.
I love the Mental Floss website too! They always have fun quizzes- alot of them 80's related too.

That vid was great! Some of those kids were so cute! It makes me want to buy some... as long as I can put them away when I get bored.

One question: Why are those Canadian kids speaking French? Britain won the 'Seven Years War' France - GET OVER IT! Those kids should speak English as a first language and French as a second. It's abuse is what it is.

Lmao logan! They don't seem to take kindly to American tourists either (the French Canadian adults, that is). But they sure have given us their fair share of awesome hockey players!

Are 3.5 diskettes really that old?? I dunno..seems like we were still using those only a few years ago...either that or time is flying by faster than I can keep up with it..lol.

That was still some funny stuff. I love when they were trying to figure out the 8-track player..lol

There are still a couple of Canadian Provinces that consider French to be their primary language....Quebec, Montreal, parts of New Brunswick, and some small sectors in Nova Scotia. In some cases, when you go there, if you can't speak French, they give you attitude. I'm Canadian, I have a French last name...but can't speak a lick of French. Personally, listening to the French language drives me bonkers. For some reason, French Canadians are characteristically rude, obviously not all...but lots of em!

Then those provinces should be considered 'broken' and must be re-colonised.

The French are in love with their own language, but I'm sorry; all objects do not need to be masculine or feminine. A table has no gender!
