there are so many tributes to him on the tv now.. mtv is one of them.

i wouldn't be surprised if they do a tribute concert on his behalf. AND i bet we will see a dvd release for moonwalker..MAYBE captain EO?. that would be awesome.

Did anyone catch Jami Foxx's abhorrently distgustingly host job, on the BET awards?? I just saw some clips! This guy is a piece of ****, and I hope he dies a violent death!

I was not an MJ fan by any means, but this was like ****ing on his grave!

This guy is the biggest racist since Spike Lee! And the world don't need his kind around!

I didn't see it but what did he do? There's been nothing on the news here about him doing anything bad.

i read about his hosting job but like you sam, i don't know what he did.
whatever it was, people were pretty upset.

ok i read that jamie foxx said something like "we gave him to you".. apparently meaning the black people gave us michael jackson because he was once black.????? something like that.

don't know if that is what went down, but that's what i read. also, people were displeased about his performance where he sang (tribute to MJ) and the outfit he had on..he sported the red jacket with zippers and the glove.

First of all, I don't care about MJ! But Turning what should have been a tribute show into a self promoting bonanza was a new low for Foxx! He kept plugging his own album all through the thing!

He broke into song, only to stop, as if he couldn't remember the lyrics!

He then gave his "MJ was a black man, we owned him, we just shared him with you (I assume white people etc) speech" And other divisive **** like that!

In case anyone forgot, Foxx was the one who did numerous skits, ridiculing MJ on In Living Color, back in the day! But hell, if he can use a tribute show for a dead performer to plug himself, then why not [Roll Eyes]

And although I don't give a rats a$$ about Miley Cyrus either, his "white b itch" comment about her, was still, in my mind, pretty tasteless when your'e talking about a teen girl!

In short, this guy is a pile of selv promoting, human garbage!

Hey... Jamie Fuxx.... go kill yourself, and take your two friends, Kanye and the Cruiser with you!

The level of narcissistic Hollywood douchebaggery, perpetraded by guys like these, is sometimes beyond me! They stopped living in the real world a looooooong time ago!

He was spot on about Billy Ray riding Miley's coattails though as a lot of star parents do. I do wonder how long it will be before she fizzles out or turns into yet another Britney......

I agree with that part, motley! But if you listen to the sound clips, it's a bunch of "grown ups" sitting in a radio studio, talking about a young girl as a white b itch, and talking about her horse teeth and big gums! First of all, those jokes are so obvious, they're not really funny, and second, making fun of kids is a little low, at least do in private, and not on the radio!

Personally I think Miley Cyrus is a waste of space! But Jamie Fuxx is an even bigger loser!

Aren't famous folks pretty much expected to be tabloid fodder? Maybe some of his remarks did cross the line but it's ignorant in itself to think everyone famous has this big protective bubble around them. Maybe it was all in fun. After all she is 17. I could see if she was 9 or 10 or something but I'm assuming she has pretty thick skin bein in the business........
