So sad. I watched some of the documentary that she made and it was awful to see her in so much pain. At least she is at peace now.

so sad for farrah and for anyone who loses a battle with cancer.

i don't understand the "icon" thing..as i don't know what she was so famous for, besides charlie's angels and her popular poster?? weird to me.

You were too young to see Farrah in her heyday. Even though she was only on Charlies Angels for one season she and the other angels were the groundbreakers for 'jiggle TV' and farrah was the main reason for that. You couldn't pick up a magazine that didn't have Farrah's face on the cover. It also didn't hurt that she was then married to Lee Majors who of course was also a huge TV star at the time as the 'Six Million Dollar Man'

Is Burning Bed on DVD? Haven't probably seen it since it originally aired.

Purchased "Charlie's Angels" Season One today...had been thinking about getting it before this, but Farrah's passing was a little added incentive...my own small little tribute.
