well last friday my daughter turned one it was a very special day for me we had a spongebob squarepants party for her sunday afternoon she is a spongebob nut she has a wonderful time and on another happy note i have offically lost all my baby weight and then some i weighted 182 after having my daughter last march and now i weight 140 and am down to a size 9 10 and m or l top i havent been this thin since right before my weddign so i m super excited and happy and wanted to share Posted by Kash (Member # 297) on :

thank you guys it was a hard journey but worth it i mean after you have a c section it takes alot of work to get the weight off and toned up but i did it i highly recommand the wii fit to anyone wanting a fun exercise routine

Good job on the weight loss. We have a Wii Fit too. I love playing Soccer.
Me and my son just came back from walking 2 miles. We are definately wanting to get in better shape too.

what i did was got the chocolate jello pudding thats activie type thats 60 calories i got v8 fusion light i bought lean meats reduce fat rolls and htings and i cooked like i usually would but i put my food on a smaller plate instead of a regular size one that way i was still getting to eat good stuff just not as much and i dont eat past seven o clock and i did the wii fit and i cut out lots of soda i allow myself one dr pepper a day o and isis Aubrey is walking and running she started taking steps arround christmas time

Hey deathbystereo the wii fit is awesome i love it its easy and it works and its fun b/c you play games but there exercises so you get your work out done in no time b/c its fun me and my hubby play it everyday
