I have never heard 1 song of theirs...until last weekend, when my friend's 7 year old daughter made me listen to a song by them...I thought it was cute...I can't remember the name of it...but they are on every single magazine out there, and I know people love and adore them. The one reminds me of Michael Jackson. Does anyone here like them? Or are they just for teenagers and younger kids?

my daughter likes them. i took her to the hannah montana concert a while back and the jonas brothers opened up for her, they were really good. all those girls went nuts, i even enjoyed myself hehe.

i've heard their music a lot because she has the cds but i don't know the names. i do know they have a song 'kids of the future'..taken from kim wilde's 'kids in america.' it's the same song basically.

Teeny-bop group. They are to 2008 what the brothers group Hanson was ten years ago.

Jonas Brothers are hot stuff now. Let's see where they are in 3-4 years.

My 9 year old deaughter likes them (she also saw the HANNAH MONATANs-JONAS BROTHERS tour with a friend). I am tired of having to defend them to grown ups who insult them. My theory is theyw rite their own songs and play instruments. That said, they are waaaaaaaay more talented than a lot of the ahem cough cough "artists" today who dont write music, play music, write lyrics, or do anything than barely sing (when they're not lip-synching!) and look good.

When THE JONAS BOTHERS first started becoming popular I didnt like them. A lot of their songs were remakes like someone said "Kids Of The Future" is a remake of Kids In America, and they also did "rock" versions of Disney songs like Yo Ho and Pour Unfortunate Souls. But NOW they are growing on me because I think their song writing and playing is getting stronger. they have a few new songs that I'm not ashamed to admit I like ( Burnin' Up is good...and,no, its not a MADONNA cover, haha).

As for the whole litlle-girls-screaming thing I remember being crazy about DURAN DURAN when I was a tweenager, so there I was fantaszing about these 25 year old men. I'm glad my daughter has posters of THE NAKED BROTHERS BAND and THE JONAS BROTHERS in her room. I would rather have her dream of running away with a 14 year old boy than a man!

Haven't heard them yet, but where are Nelson and Hanson now? Can't they drop the Brothers tag and just be Jonas?

The oldest Hanson boy just had another baby...and they said that makes 6 kids between the 3 of them...he has 2...so I am not sure how many each of the other 2 has.

Looks like a second generation Hanson in the making. Just hope they play some heavier music.

I think 2 of them look Amish and one looks like Michael Jackson....I haven't quite got what their style is? Do they have one? What do you classify their music as...like what type of music is it?? Boy Band??? Pop?

They are your typical teen pop/rock fare for 2008. They'll have a few hits, make a boatload of money from marketing alone and perhaps even sell a couple million records, which in this day and age, is a major accomplishment. Ahh, I'll stick with NKOTB...haha [Smile] !
