Great film if you liked the first one, the Human Torch just edges out Silver Surfer as the coolest SFX since Hulk. Silver Surfer is excellent, though after all these years of imaginging how great an SS movie (that's Silver Surfer, not the Nazis) would be, now I reckon it may not be as cool as I once thought, the SS comics were great because they were on an epic scale, wordier & more philosophical than most, so I doubt Avi will put up the astronomical budget needed to do the Surfer's world justice on screen.
FF2: fun movie, tied with Spiderman 3 as best summer blockbuster so far.

Actually, Avi Arad stepped down as head of Marvel Entertainment Group last year, so future projects will be under a different creative team (Stan Lee also now has an exclusive contract with The Walt Disney Company, so while he may still have cameos with films related to characters he had at least a partial hand in, he's likely not going to be directly involved in production).
