Yes, it´s from the song "Bring the Noise" (1987).

Also used in Simon Harris hit "Bass (how low can you go?)" (1988)

Ah, there you go.. problem solved.

My first guess would have been Night of the Living Baseheads.
I know i have that one on 12" maxi-single somewhere, but i have no clue where to find it
in my record collection.
