So just looking at some rock star pictures from the 80's. A lot of these guys didn' smile enough, as for pouts, I would have to say that Corey Hart was the worst offender, MichaelHutchence did it too, and Sting wasn't far behind. Billy Idol was more sneering. hmmm, maybe I should have titled this topic best 80's rock facial expressions.

Maybe, but for pouts, Steve Tyler from Aerosmith wins every time.

Paul, I so agree that Steven Tyler was the king of the pout.

For the queen of pout, I'll go with Deborah Harry!

I like that bad-A stare Prince gives you on his second, third, & fourth albums. Makes me melt every time... [Big Grin]

Wait, that doesn't count, does it? :?

I can understand Prince, by MA, what was he thinking with his picture on the cover of his 1978 debut? Man, the 70's have some explaining to do.

Debby Harry, I agree.

Runner-up for a "queen of pout" could go to the singer in The Divinyls (whatever her name is). (something) Amphlett?

Yeah, the cover looks kinda...tacky. Yet at the same time, it also looks cool... [Smile]

To tell you the truth, Prince's look on his debut actually makes him look older than he was later. Funny how that works.

And yes, Christina Amphlett, a really underrated frontwomen from the 80's. Kim Wilde and Pat Benetar had some pouts too.
